Who is this program for?

The Boundaries Lab meets biweekly on Thursday evenings at 7PM Eastern. This intimate 3-month program is perfect for you if: ​

  • You know that you would benefit from better boundaries in your relationships.

  • You aren't quite sure how to to set those boundaries, especially with folks like your parents, your best friend, or your boss.

  • You've tried to set boundaries in the past, but have struggled to hold them when it really mattered.

  • You struggle with feelings of guilt or insecurity around setting and holding your boundaries with people you love.

Meet your instructor

Seasoned group facilitator and certified life coach, Kelly Judd, MS, CPLC, empowers her clients to reclaim their authentic truth, set compassionate boundaries, and design a life of alignment rather than restriction. Focusing on nervous system regulation and self-attunement, Kelly creates a safe container for unmasking and stepping into deep self-trust. Kelly believes sustainable, joyful growth happens from the inside out—with a foundation of radical self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-loyalty.

With a background that includes two decades of startup leadership and a lifetime’s worth of plot twists in her personal life (religious and work-related trauma, emotional abuse, chronic illness, pregnancy loss, late-identified neurodivergence, coming out as queer in her 40s, and supporting both her spouse and child through gender transitions), Kelly deeply understands the mental and physical costs of self-abandonment. Holding a MS in Psychology from Arizona State University, a wellness counseling certificate from Cornell University, and extensive training in clinical mental health counseling, Kelly creates an affirming, gaslight-free space for clients to unpack their overwhelm, unlearn harmful patterns, and craft lives grounded in authenticity and joy.

What's included?

The Boundaries Lab is a comprehensive 6-session group coaching intensive designed to help you reclaim your time, energy, and peace through transformative boundary work. Here's what you can expect:

 

Biweekly Live Teaching & Coaching Sessions

Every other week, we'll gather on Zoom for a 75-minute live session. The first 20 minutes will be dedicated to teaching our proven 6-step framework for proactive boundary-setting. The remaining 55 minutes will be reserved for laser coaching, allowing you to receive direct feedback on your unique situations. Sessions are held every other Tuesday evening at 7PM Eastern on Zoom.

Private Community Forum

You'll have access to a private Slack community where you can connect with your fellow participants between sessions. This is a safe space to share vulnerable experiences, celebrate wins, and receive accountability. Kelly will be active in the group to provide feedback and additional resources throughout the week.

Actionable Homework & Accountability

Each session, you'll receive a homework assignment designed to help you implement that session's teachings. This may include journaling prompts, communication scripts, or small action steps. You'll share your insights and progress in the community forum for support and accountability.

Bonus Saturday Sessions

In addition to the core curriculum, you'll have unlimited access to Saturday Decompression Zone, a safe and affirming weekly support group for Kickstart Wellness clients and community members.
